Purpose of Parent Association
We are dedicated to enriching and supporting the lives of the children, parents, and educators. The CFMC-PA is here to provide information, resources, and services to the school community, promote open communication, and to encourage parental and community involvement in our school.
Our goals are: to assist with school sponsored events and activities, provide and equally distribute volunteer opportunities to CFMC parents, hold monthly meetings to discuss PA events and activities, provide support to teachers through classroom volunteering, supplemental educational materials and/or appreciation events, and to raise funds for those items not otherwise provided for in the school budget, for the purpose of social and educational programs, events, and activities that enrich, enhance, and enliven the educational and physical environment of the classrooms, building and grounds of CFMC.

Boxtops for Education Program
Welcome to Children First Montessori Community. I’m thrilled to be the Box Tops for Education® Coordinator for our school. The Box Tops program is such an easy way for parents to get involved in their child’s education. Just by purchasing Box Tops products, clipping the coupons and sending them into school, we earn cash that can be used to buy anything we need. You can find Box Tops on thousands of your favorite products, from Big G cereals to Avery® office supplies to Hanes® T-shirts to Boise® printer paper.
Last year we earned $313 and used the cash for supplies for the school. This year our goal is to raise at least $400 and we plan to use the cash for additional materials for the classrooms.
We can earn cash for our school online, too! There are two ways. One, you can shop online through the Box Tops website and earn eBoxTops® credits on all your purchases. Just click the “earn” section at the top of the BTFE.com homepage and scroll down to “shop marketplace.” Two, you can take part in any of the activities on the eBoxTops Click & Earn page. Again, click the “earn” section at the top of the homepage, then scroll down to “click & earn.” Any eBoxTops you earn will be automatically credited to our school. Each eBoxTop is worth 10¢, just like a regular Box Top.
To learn more and track our school’s progress, register at BoxTops4Education.com (BTFE.com). When you visit, opt to receive the newsletter. That way Box Tops can send you emails full of helpful information and coupons to save on Box Tops products.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Sandy Tompkins at email@example.com. I’m here to help make our school’s Box Tops program a huge success!

ShopwithScrip - Tuition Rebate Program
We encourage everyone to raise $200 for the school through the ShopwithScrip program. After your family reaches $200 in Scrip Revenue for the school, any money you raise will come off your tuition for 2013-2014. There is a huge list of vendors for Scrip. You can earn revenue for the School by purchasing gift cards for gas, food, clothes, and other essentials. The Great Lakes Scrip Center gives a percentage of your purchase back to CFMC. Percentages vary based on vendors. They range from 2% to 15% or more. Complete details on how the program works, and how to get started are in the attached packet. Orders will be placed once a month, on the 1st of each month. To order online, go to ShopWithScrip.com, our code is CBE 371 L129 4L2.
Please contact the Scrip Coordinator, Kathy Nelson if you have questions. 615.533.1742 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Using these cards is especially easy and costs you nothing to use.
Kroger - Gift Card - Tuition Rebate Program
